The location was convenient and easy to find.
I had serious security concerns during my stay. The main door was left wide open with no supervision, making me feel very unsafe. Additionally, the room was not clean, and I encountered staff who were rude instead of helpful.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, equipped with a fully functional kitchen, which made self-catering a breeze. The location is fantastic, with a multitude of restaurants nearby and a market just a short walk away for fresh groceries. Snacks in the communal kitchen were a nice touch, creating a friendly atmosphere among the guests. However, the shared bathroom setup might not be ideal for everyone, and while clean, it's still a shared experience that some may find less private.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend vacation in Chicago with very good value for money. Having access to a communal kitchen stocked with snacks was a nice surprise and made the stay more enjoyable. Be sure to ask about any special parking arrangements upon arrival.

Halsted's Bar & Grill is a must-try for a killer bite after a night out in Boystown, and trust me, you can't beat the late-night tacos at D.S. Tequila Co. Plus, I loved that the courtyard out front was pet-friendly—perfect for kicking back with a drink!
Now, I gotta throw some shade on Room 7. Compared to the other digs I checked out, it felt like I was sleeping on a lumpy cloud. I mean, I love a cozy spot, but not when it makes you wake up with a backache! Still, it didn't ruin my experience in this wild neighborhood.

It was just a fitting option for a momentary visit in Chicago with value for price. There was a nice little setup with free snacks in the kitchen which I appreciated. Try to ask for extra blankets upon arrival as they might not offer them otherwise.

The location was exceptional, being close to L stations and Wrigley Field. The outdoor seating area in the front yard was a perfect spot for relaxing evenings, and the communal kitchen had free snacks that added a welcoming touch. Overall, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. I recommend the Moroccan room, which has a nice outdoor entrance and privacy from the other rooms.
Parking was challenging. expect to hunt for a spot.

Couples looking for a cozy spot
Our experience was pretty nice, especially the peaceful environment right next to the kitchen. Ron was super helpful, took care of us like family, and you could tell he cared about the place.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.
